This is a really unsatisfying "How long is a piece of string" answer - it depends.
If you have a smaller target audience with limited competition (local service providers, niche products, etc.) or a well established site, you can see results in a matter of weeks. If you're in a highly competitive industry it can sometimes take months and the support of ongoing SEO services, content strategy & link building to see results.
You should be able to quickly see an improvement in your brand's search result, and by identifying the right keywords for your site, we can track, monitor & optimize for target key phrases over time as a part of our ongoing SEO support.

Absolutely not! Our team works to take as much off your plate as possible, and will check in for approvals that, depending on scope, should take no more than 10-30 minutes to review and approve. Our kick-off call is around 15-30 minutes long, so for a standard one-time optimization, our goal is to take less than 2 hours of your time in total.
We try to make everything as simple and straightforward as possible - meaning you have less to worry about, instead of another item added to your to-do list!

How To Stay Connected
To keep everything organized and efficient, our main form of communication is through email. We send screen-share recordings with deliverables, and are always happy to set up video calls to go over questions or plans in more detail, however these appointments book up quickly.
We aim to answer all emails within 48 hours, which gives us enough time to connect with the team and get you the best response.
For approvals, sending us an email with an ‘Approved!’ message is the best way to ensure we put the correct content on your site. Feedback can either be provided directly in the document sent, or over email.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9-4pm PST, which is when you’ll most likely be hearing from us.
